1. You Agree

By using MineSpot, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What We Do
  • Let you host HNT hotspots
  • Show live earnings
  • Pay you via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or SOL
  • Verify your hotspot location
3. Your Job
  • Give correct location & payment info
  • Follow Helium rules and local laws
  • Keep hotspot online and in valid spot
  • Sign the Equipment Agreement
  • Don’t share your login
4. Cash-Out Rules
  • Minimum: 5 HNT or 25.00 when using PayPal, Zelle, Venmo
  • Takes 3–7 business days
  • Fees deducted when sending to PayPal, Venmo, Zelle (Actual Fee paid to those services)
  • Wrong info = no payout
5. Don’t Do This
  • Fake hotspot locations
  • Use bots
  • Exploit bugs
  • Mess with others
  • Place outside the United States

We’ll ban you. No refund.

6. We Can End Your Account

If you break rules, we remove you instantly. Earnings may be lost.

7. We’re Not Liable For
  • Helium network issues
  • Lost/stolen hotspots
  • Payment delays
  • Power/internet failure

Use at your own risk.

8. We Can Change Terms

Keep using = you agree to updates.
